With more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Christine QUINOLA has gained a conviction about the importance of engaging teams. This is necessary in this industry where teams are international and collaborate remotely. She applies this conviction in her training courses for the pharmaceutical, energy, food and data sectors.
After having regularly travelled to countries where environmental regulations are in place
different, it is committed to the importance of maintaining industrial activities in France and in
Europe. She would like to highlight the contribution of technical profiles and experts.
Her current project is to develop with industrial equipment manufacturers modules
combining hard skills, feedback and innovation.
